Job summary

eHealth NSW is seeking a Human Resources Advisor (Health Manager Level 2) to provide high-quality operational HR support across business units, partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver workforce initiatives and improve HR processes and systems. The role offers hybrid flexibility with three days in the Chatswood office and potential extension.

The salary starts from AUD 114,251 plus 12% super and 17.5% annual leave loading, with strong development opportunities within NSW Health's digital

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR teams in operational HR environments.
• Strong administration and systems capability across Teams and SharePoint.
• Exposure to HR operations such as employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and policy application.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support workforce initiatives and day-to-day people matters.
• Support and enhance systems and processes across Teams and SharePoint to improve team efficiency and documentation practices.
• Contribute to key HR initiatives such as mobility processes and workforce capability uplift.
• Provide operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle including engagement, policy interpretation, and data reporting.
