Ego Pharmaceuticals is seeking an energetic Hybrid GP & Specialist Sales Representative to manage and grow a key territory across metro Sydney and regional NSW. You will act as a trusted brand ambassador to GPs, dermatologists, and community pharmacies, delivering evidence-based clinical detailing.

This 12‑month maternity cover offers a competitive base salary, superannuation, a fully maintained company car, a rewarding bonus scheme, and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience across GP and specialist networks.
• Ability to convey clinical data clearly to medical professionals.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s licence.

In this dynamic field sales position, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador across healthcare professionals and community pharmacies. You will champion Ego's dermatological portfolio through high-impact clinical detailing to GPs, Dermatologists, Specialist Clinics, and Practice Nurses, while driving product availability and commercial growth across community pharmacy partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Detailing & Education: Deliver engaging, evidence-based product education sessions to GPs, Dermatologists, Practice Nurses, and specialist clinic staff
• Commercial Growth: Build and nurture strong commercial partnerships with community pharmacy accounts to drive ranging, visibility, and sell-through.
• Territory Execution: Plan efficient weekly and monthly journey cycles to optimise coverage across both metropolitan and regional accounts
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Ego Pharmaceuticals at key medical educational meetings, industry seminars, and trade shows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven field sales experience across GP and specialist networks is highly regarded (pharmaceutical or healthcare background preferred).
• Communication Skills: Articulate presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey clinical data clearly to medical professionals.
• Drive & Energy: High motivation, self-directed time management, and a genuine interest in dermatology and skin health.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong relationship-building skills and business acumen to negotiate and close commercial opportunities.
• Licence & Travel: A valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
