Job summary

Ego Pharmaceuticals, in partnership with Randstad, is seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative to manage two premium Brisbane territories (South and West). You will build relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals, promoting Ego's dermatological skincare products.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive package including a company vehicle, fuel card, annual bonus, product allowance, and opportunities to attend national and international conferences in Fiji, Bali, Thailand.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Experience: Territory management or B2B sales in pharmacy or FMCG desirable.
• Commercial acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomy: Highly organised with the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly, cycle, and annual sales targets within your designated Brisbane territory.
• Account Development: Expand product range distribution and sales volume in both existing and new pharmacy accounts.
• Clinical & Product Training: Conduct product training and educational presentations for pharmacy teams to drive recommendations.
• Brand Visibility & Merchandising: Negotiate shelf placement and maintain premium in-store displays and promotional materials.
• Strategic Territory Management: Manage call cycles to focus on high-potential accounts and submit data via CRM systems.
• Stock & Market Intelligence: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and stay updated on competitor activity and market trends.
• Industry Engagement: Attend national and state conferences, trade shows, and wholesale events to support product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Visibility & Merchandising: Negotiate optimal shelf placement and maintain premium in-store displays, including shelf trays, strips, and promotional materials.
• Strategic Territory Management: Strategically manage your call cycles to focus on high-potential accounts, submitting accurate data via CRM systems.
• Stock & Market Intelligence: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment, while staying up to date on competitor activity and market trends.
• Industry Engagement: Attend national and state conferences, trade shows, and wholesale events to support major product launches.

Skills & Experience

• Education: High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Previous territory management or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within the pharmacy or FMCG channel is highly desirable.
• Commercial Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a genuine drive to smash sales targets.
• Autonomy: Highly organised with the ability to work independently in the field while contributing to a broader state team.
