Zusammenfassung

The Country Fire Authority in Victoria is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to deliver high-quality events across the organisation. You will plan, track and manage milestones for a range of CFA events and develop tools and templates to standardise delivery.

You will collaborate with brigades, regions and senior leadership, and travel to Melbourne and regional areas as needed. The role is full-time at Burwood East HQ with occasional weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience in marketing, communications and events.
• Experience delivering events with measurable success and reaching targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Driver's licence is essential.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end events coordination from designing event plans to delivery.
• Developing templates, guides and project plans to standardise major events.
• Drafting progress and budget reports and delivery metrics.
• Maintaining relationships with CFA brigades, regions, senior leadership and other divisions.
