Job summary

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Burwood East is seeking an Events Coordinator to lead planning and delivery of key CFA events. You will develop tools, templates and project plans to standardise event delivery across the organisation, coordinating with brigades, regions and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience in marketing, communications and events.
• Experience delivering events with demonstrable, evidence-based success in reaching target audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end events from design through delivery.
• Develop ideas using initiative and confidence.
• Draft progress and budget reports and approvals correspondence.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFA brigades, regions, senior leadership and divisions.
