Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to shape the future technology direction. Working with the Head of Architecture & Engineering and the CTO Technology Leadership Team, you will align technology with business strategy and drive the bank’s technology transformation in a hybrid, flexible work environment.

You will lead the enterprise architecture practice, define roadmaps, set governance and standards, and partner with senior leaders to translate business goals

Qualifications

• Strategic, pragmatic enterprise architecture leader who can shape technology direction.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and modernising tech environments.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, patterns and controls for decision making in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Beyond Bank's enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the architectural direction of the technology transformation to enable future growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to map business strategy to technology capability roadmaps.
• Provide trusted advice on major tech investments balancing innovation, risk and value.
• Build a high-performing EA practice with governance and standards across the bank.
