Job summary

KIT Consulting Group is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the management and optimisation of the company website. The role focuses on ensuring customers can easily search, find and purchase products while delivering an outstanding online experience.

The position is hybrid, with 3 of 5 days in our Melbourne head office, located in the inner south eastern suburbs, with good transport access and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or merchandising environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and brief weekly website content to support the trade calendar, promotions and trade optimisation.
• Support post go-live testing to ensure accuracy of content, links and promotions.
• Optimisation of search and online merchandising to drive sales and improve category conversion.
• Work with the enrichment team to ensure new styles are online on launch date and review updates to filtering and categorisation.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, marketing and CRM teams to test relevant links for a seamless customer journey.
