Babcock International Group is seeking an experienced Program Engineering Manager to provide strategic engineering leadership and oversee the delivery of engineering services across a complex Defence program.

You will coordinate engineering activities with internal teams, subcontractors and OEMs to ensure safe, compliant, and timely outcomes while maintaining technical integrity and through-life asset management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing engineering functions and technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of PLM/MRP systems and design, simulation and analysis software.
• Experience leading engineering teams within defence programs.
• Knowledge of ASDEFCON and Capability Life Cycle.
• Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience in requirements definition, interface definition, subsystem design, installation supervision, set to work, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and governance.
• Accredited Washington Accord bachelor’s degree in engineering.
