Job summary
Babcock International Group, the defence engineering leader, is seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration Manager to lead the delivery stream for EDHFCS and related projects, providing technical direction and people leadership across design, delivery, testing and sustainment.
You will own lifecycle activities from requirements management to certification, oversee the D-Lab and SITL, coordinate across facilities nationwide, and drive governance, continuous improvement and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Extensive systems engineering and integration experience across complex programs.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and activities.
- Knowledge of security principles in High Frequency communications.
- Familiarity with ILS, RAM, Safety and E3 processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Systems Engineering and Integration delivery stream across EDHFCS and related projects.
- Provide technical direction and people leadership from design to sustainment.
- Oversee D-Lab and SITL development and ongoing management; coordinate activities across Australia.
- Contribute to project governance, engineering management documentation and customer engagement.
