Job summary

Babcock Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to provide strategic engineering leadership and oversee delivery across a complex Defence program. You will plan, coordinate and integrate engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant outcomes.

Work with internal teams, subcontractors and OEMs to drive technical integrity, sustainment and operational availability of Mission Systems while managing risk and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering functions in defence programs.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, governance and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage engineering risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical investigations and manage engineering risks.
• Review and approve technical solutions and oversee governance.
