Qualifications

• 8-10+ years managing and delivering complex, enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Strong grasp of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, SQL, and APIs.
• Experience with PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for enterprise-scale engagements from planning to governance.
• Perform on-site and remote consulting, solution architecture, and platform implementation with Denodo.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Engage executives and partners, building strong relationships with GSIs and ISVs.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Program & Delivery Leadership: Serve as the senior delivery leader and primary point of contact for enterprise-scale engagements. Lead the planning, execution, and governance of complex programs involving data virtualization, integration, analytics, and governance.
• Technical Architecture & Problem Solving: Conduct on-site and off-site consulting, product implementation, and technical problem-solving. Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform to address technical questions concerning customization, integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Roadmap & Risk Management: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning delivery milestones with customer business objectives. Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across internal teams, external teams, and partners.
• Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers, global system integrators (GSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs). Establish credibility at all levels and build problem-solving partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to co-innovate and deliver tailored solutions. Provide prioritized, complete customer-based feedback to Product Management and Sales.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience managing and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, SQL, APIs, and modern data architecture (Hybrid/Multi-cloud data platforms). Familiarity with the Denodo platform is highly preferred.
• Methodology Mastery: Demonstrated success in delivering programs using methodologies such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. Ability to engage clients in product architecture while effectively escalating and managing expectations.
• Continuous Learner: Active listener with high curiosity. Passionate about emerging technologies (particularly around AI) and finding creative, innovative solutions.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
