Job summary

Australian Digital Health Agency Sydney NSW is seeking an APS6 Cyber Planning and Delivery Coordinator to oversee the delivery of cyber security initiatives and to coordinate across cyber security, technology, projects and business teams.

You will drive planning, governance, assurance activities and stakeholder engagement to ensure programs are delivered effectively and aligned to organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or complex work in a technology or cyber security environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse groups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of cyber security principles, risk management or ISM is highly desirable.
• Experience in project management governance and reporting with relevant qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of cyber security initiatives, assurance reviews and security testing activities across the Agency.
• Manage and track cyber-related work requests, project dependencies and delivery milestones to ensure timely outcomes.
• Partner with technical specialists, project teams and vendors to support the successful delivery of cyber security services and projects.
• Prepare reports, briefings and performance updates for senior leaders to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cyber governance, delivery processes and operational practices.
