Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead delivery across a multi-year transformation program. You will run end-to-end projects spanning vulnerability management, data security, DLP, and broader cyber initiatives, coordinating across Cyber, Technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• Project Manager with Cyber Security / Information Security program delivery experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience across Vulnerability Management, DLP/Data Security, network security, Zero Trust, cloud security, IAM or PAM.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID management, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cyber Security projects across a large transformation program.
• Support Vulnerability Management initiatives including security workflows and remediation processes in ServiceNow.
• Deliver Data Security and DLP projects and other Cyber initiatives.
• Manage scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance and milestones.
• Coordinate Cyber SMEs, Architects, Engineers, Technology teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and blockers across dependencies.
• Support implementation of new security processes and target operating models.

Project Manager - Cyber Security

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Sydney | Hybrid

• We are partnering with a leading Australian financial services organisation undertaking a significant multi-year Cyber Security uplift.
• They are looking for an experienced Cyber Project Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of security initiatives.
• This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can operate across Cyber, Technology and business teams, manage multiple workstreams and drive complex security initiatives through to implementation.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cyber Security projects across a large, multi-year transformation program.
• Initially support initiatives across Vulnerability Management, including security workflows, remediation processes, ServiceNow and operating model uplift.
• Deliver projects across Data Security and DLP, alongside broader Cyber initiatives.
• Manage project scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate Cyber SMEs, Architects, Engineers, Technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Drive delivery across complex dependencies and ensure risks, issues and blockers are proactively managed.
• Support implementation of new security processes, controls and Target Operating Models.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering Cyber Security / Information Security programs within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Cyber delivery, with experience across one or more areas such as Vulnerability Management, DLP/Data Security, network security, Zero Trust, cloud security, IAM or PAM.
• Experience delivering Vulnerability Management or security remediation initiatives would be particularly advantageous.
• Strong project management fundamentals across planning, governance, RAID management, budgets, dependencies, vendors and executive reporting.
• Comfortable working with highly technical stakeholders including Cyber Architects, Engineers and Security SMEs.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Cyber/Security workflows highly regarded.
