Job summary

Data#3 is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Perth for a full-time hybrid role. You will provide day-to-day administration, quoting, ordering, and customer support to ensure accurate, timely service across our end-user compute portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, vendors, and internal teams to keep orders moving, resolve queries, and drive process improvements while upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in quoting, ordering, customer support or sales administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer support to Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and sales proposals within agreed timeframes.
• Respond to customer queries, orders and backorder escalations promptly.
• Support order fulfilment, returns, logistics, tender submissions, reporting and process improvements.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.
