Job summary

Challenger Limited is a dynamic ASX-listed investment management firm offering a 12 month contract for a Customer Service Representative. The role sits in our Sydney CBD Contact Centre, with three days in the office and two from home after onboarding.

• Previous customer service experience in a call centre or similar role.
• Comfortable handling phone and email queries in a regulated environment.
• Ability to balance priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
