Job summary

Elements Recruitment Pty is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month maternity leave contract in Macquarie Park, Sydney. The role offers hybrid working (3 days WFH after training) and a salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus super.

As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound inquiries, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records, delivering professional, customer-focused service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Account Support, or Internal Sales role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working within a busy customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and product information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with reporting and general administrative duties as required
