Job summary

Epiroc in Perth is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our national finance team. The role focuses on strong collections while maintaining positive client relationships in a hybrid work setting that combines onsite and remote work options.

The ideal candidate has prior Credit Officer or Credit Controller experience, exemplary attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Police clearance and required pre-employment checks are part of our process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Credit Officer or Credit Controller.
• National Police Clearance required.
• Pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen required.
• Strong ability to deliver effective collections while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct debt collection activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations and receipting.
• Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments.
• Handling customer enquiries, investigations and dispute resolution.
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts.
• Analysing data and preparing reports.
