Job summary

Epiroc, based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for our national finance team. This hybrid role supports customers, balances accounts, and drives strong collections outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A national police clearance and pre-employment checks are required as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong focus on collections outcomes and client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting debt collection activities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting.
• Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments.
• Handling customer enquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts.
• Analysing data and preparing reports.
