Job summary

Chemist Warehouse is seeking a proactive Clinical Pharmacy Services Coordinator to support clinical pharmacy services across our community network from the Preston Support Office in Melbourne. You will process claims, handle enquiries, prepare reports and assist with program administration to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration or customer service-focused role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Good general IT skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets and reporting documents.
• Attention to detail, sound problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• An adaptable, reliable team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, administration and monitoring of clinical pharmacy services across the retail pharmacy network.
• Support accurate and timely lodgement of clinical pharmacy services claims.
• Monitor the team inbox, respond to stakeholder enquiries and elevate matters when needed.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and other administrative documents.
• Help maintain clinical services policies, procedures, guidelines and reporting tools.
• Coordinate administrative activities for professional pharmacy programs and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for projects, contracts, invoicing, appointments and record keeping.
• Work with pharmacy teams and internal and external stakeholders to follow up tasks and support service improvements.
