CORTO is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Implementation team in Sydney or Brisbane. You’ll drive adoption of AI Paralegal among law firms, guiding them from contract signing to daily usage and ongoing revenue generation.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in client implementations, a consultative mindset, and strong stakeholder management. You’ll train firms, collaborate with sales, product and engagement teams, and help shape onboarding processes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding in CS, PS, or transformation roles.
• Strong consultative approach focused on change management over tech setup.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, support and clients.
• Experience training professionals on new tools and driving adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end implementation for new firms from contract to embedded daily usage and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales across the full cycle, including post-close engagement.
• Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to firm size and needs.
• Run post-go-live outreach to help firms hit monthly usage targets.
• Coordinate handoff to engagement team to optimise long-term usage and revenue.
• Refine the implementation process and training to scale with firm size.
• Provide feedback to product and sales on adoption blockers and improvements.
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel while improving cycle time.
