CORTO is seeking a Client Success Manager for AI Paralegal in a flexible, hybrid role based in Australia. You will guide law firms from contract to daily usage, delivering tailored training and ensuring steady revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engagement teams and travel to client sites as needed. Join a small, collaborative team within a growing LegalTech business, helping firms unlock AI-driven value while shaping our implementation process and customer success

Formación

• 3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding in Customer Success, Professional Services, or transformation.
• Consultative style with emphasis on change management over pure configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and clients.
• Proven track record of training professionals on new tools and driving adoption.
• Willingness to build new processes as we scale our implementation.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on professional work.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end implementation experience for new firms from signed contract to embedded daily usage and live revenue.
• Partner with sales across the full cycle, engaging before deal closes and after.
• Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to firm size and needs.
• Run targeted outreach after go-live to help firms achieve monthly usage targets.
• Handoff to engagement team after go-live to optimise long-term usage and revenue.
• Build and refine the implementation process and training approaches for firms of different sizes.
• Bring feedback to product and sales about what's working and what to build next.
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel and improve cycle time without compromising adoption quality.
