Job summary

CORTO is seeking a Client Success Manager to join AI Paralegal within our established LegalTech business. You will oversee the implementation journey for new law firms, guiding them from signed order forms to daily usage and revenue generation.

This hybrid Sydney/Brisbane role offers two in-office days weekly and regular travel, collaborative cross-functional teamwork with sales, product and engagement, and a path to impact through scalable AI-driven legal workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding
• Consultative style with focus on change management
• Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and clients
• Track record of training professionals on new tools
• Willingness to build structure in an evolving process
• Genuine interest in AI and how it changes professional work

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms from contract to embedded daily usage and live revenue
• Partner with sales across the full cycle, before and after deal closure
• Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to each firm
• Run targeted outreach after go-live to help firms reach monthly usage targets
• Handoff to the engagement team once firms are settled
• Build and refine the implementation process and how we approach firms of different sizes
• Collect feedback for product and sales on adoption blockers and needs
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel to improve cycle time without compromising adoption quality
