CORTO is seeking a Client Success Manager to join the AI Paralegal group. Based in Brisbane with hybrid flexibility, you will guide new law firms from signed order to daily usage, driving adoption and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Engagement, training firms and managing multiple implementations while keeping a strong focus on measurable adoption and client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding in customer success, professional services, or transformation.
• Consultative approach with focus on change management over technical setup.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, product, support, and client side.
• Proven track record training professionals on new tools and driving adoption.
• Ability to build structure in evolving implementation processes.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on professional work.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end implementation for new firms from contract to embedded usage and live revenue.
• Partner with sales across the full cycle and maintain post-close engagement.
• Lead onsite and remote training tailored to firm size and needs.
• Run targeted follow-ups after go-live to hit monthly usage targets.
• Handover to engagement team to optimise long-term usage and revenue.
• Refine implementation processes, training, and approaches for firms of varying sizes.
• Provide product and sales with feedback on adoption blockers and needs.
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel while improving cycle time.
