Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Services Officer in Scoresby, Victoria (1 day per week from home). The role supports Financial Advisers, strengthens client relationships and ensures a high standard of service throughout the advice journey.

The position offers varied exposure across advice administration and client service, with opportunities for ongoing training, career growth and a competitive salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a financial planning business.
• Strong client service focus.
• Strong computer skills, with XPLAN experience highly regarded.
• A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare portfolio valuations, including assets & liabilities schedules, performance calculations and asset allocation reporting.
• Liaise with fund managers, superannuation providers, brokers and other third parties regarding client transactions.
• Assist advisers with client enquiries.
• Support contribution calculations and implementation activities.
• Prepare and lodge applications and follow up on their progress.
• Manage annual reviews, Financial Directions (FDs) and opt-in requirements.
• Assist with projects on process improvement, technology and client experience initiatives.
