Job summary

Cherry Wealth in Croydon, Victoria, is seeking a Client Services Officer (Financial Planning) to deliver an exceptional client experience and support the implementation of financial advice strategies.

You will work closely with clients and the Financial Adviser to ensure advice recommendations are implemented accurately and client outcomes are achieved, while coordinating appointments and preparing documentation for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience using Xplan (preferred but not essential).
• A willingness to learn and stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

• Flexible part-time working arrangements, including school-hours if necessary.
• Exposure to all areas of financial planning administration and advice support.
• Direct exposure to all aspects of financial advice implementation and client service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage client appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
• Assist with the implementation of financial advice recommendations
• Prepare and lodge applications for superannuation, pensions, investments and personal insurance
• Manage insurance applications, superannuation rollovers and investment administration
• Liaise with product providers, fund managers, insurers and other stakeholders
• Follow up outstanding applications and processing requirements through to completion
• Prepare documentation and review packs for client meetings
• Assist clients with Centrelink-related enquiries, administration and liaison
• Maintain accurate client records and database information within Xplan
