Job summary

Candor Recruitment clients are seeking a Client Service Administrator for their Adamstown office in Newcastle. You will support the advice process across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for a high-quality client base.

You\'ll provide 2+ years of financial planning experience and use XPLAN; the role emphasizes organisation, compliance, and strong client focus within a supportive team culture with regular development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in financial planning.
• XPLAN experience is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, advice implementation, and ongoing service.
• 1-1 support for the financial adviser with access to the offshore team.
• Implement financial advice recommendations and prepare documentation.
• Manage and coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and client records.
• Support Financial Advisers with client meeting preparation, file notes, and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with third party product providers, super funds, insurance and clients.
