Job summary

You will support one adviser, manage documentation and compliance, prepare for client meetings, and contribute to improving service delivery through efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in financial planning.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• XPLAN experience is highly regarded.

This is a role for a Client Service Manager who is comfortable working right across the advice process. Our clients have a big focus on culture as they do enjoy regular team events, lunches together, and a very supportive approach towards learning and internal development.

This role will be supporting one adviser so you will be able to focus on high quality low volume workloads.
