Job summary

Hub24 Limited in Sydney is seeking a Hybrid Claims Consultant to join the Group Claims team. The role involves managing and processing client claims with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service quality.

Based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home), you will communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders, review claims for coverage, and negotiate settlements as needed. A strong teamwork ethic and insurance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing claims for clients, reviewing and analysing claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of claims.
