Job summary

Halcyon Knights is seeking a hands-on CIAM Engineer (Ping Identity) to deliver secure identity solutions for a banking client. The role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement and is offered as a permanent, full-time position.

You will build and integrate PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne or ForgeRock, apply SAML/OIDC/OAuth, and work directly with customer teams on site to shape how customer identity work is delivered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne or ForgeRock experience.
• Solid understanding of SAML, OIDC and OAuth.
• Experience integrating applications into an identity platform.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Banking/financial services customer experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Building and integrating Ping solutions for a banking customer.
• Connecting applications securely using modern sign-in standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Troubleshooting and improving existing identity setups.
• Working directly with customer teams on site.
• Helping shape how the business delivers customer identity work.
