Talent is building a global technology hub in Sydney CBD and expanding its Tech Security & Identity function. We seek a hands-on IAM engineer to deliver and support access management across enterprise systems, owning integrations with SAML, OIDC, Entra ID and PingOne, while resolving authentication issues and driving platform improvements.

You will operate across multiple environments, troubleshooting, documenting standards and collaborating with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Formación

• Strong expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC and authentication protocols.
• Experience implementing or operating IAM / Access Management platforms (e.g. Ping, Entra ID, Okta).
• Hands-on IAM engineering delivering SAML/OIDC integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and onboard SAML / OIDC applications across Entra ID and PingOne.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues across environments.
• Manage integrations end-to-end without supervision.
• Support incident management, problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation and integration standards.
• Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts across the business.
