Job summary

NCS Australia seeks a Senior CIAM Technical Delivery Lead to guide a large-scale Ping Identity CIAM transformation. You will provide technical leadership, review architectures, validate configurations and ensure security, scalability and production readiness.

The role requires hands-on Ping Identity implementation experience and deep IAM expertise in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Ping Identity implementation experience is mandatory.
• Extensive experience across IAM, cybersecurity engineering or enterprise identity delivery.
• Strong CIAM experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience as a CIAM Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SSO, MFA, federation and API security.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for large customer populations.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication, federation and integration issues.
• Experience with cloud, networking, load balancing, certificates, encryption and security controls.
• The confidence to challenge technical decisions and hold delivery teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across architects, engineers, application teams and delivery partners.
• Ensure technical documentation, operational readiness and knowledge transfer meet the required standard.

• Proven hands-on Ping Identity implementation experience - PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingAM and/or PingOne.
• Extensive experience across IAM, cybersecurity engineering or enterprise identity delivery.
• Strong CIAM experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience as a CIAM Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SSO, MFA, federation and API security.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for large customer populations.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication, federation and integration issues.
• Experience with cloud, networking, load balancing, certificates, encryption and security controls.
• The confidence to challenge technical decisions and hold delivery teams accountable for quality.
