Talent is building a global technology hub in Sydney CBD and expanding its Tech Security & Identity function. We seek a hands-on IAM engineer to deliver and support access management across enterprise systems, owning integrations with SAML, OIDC, Entra ID and PingOne, while resolving authentication issues and driving platform improvements.
You will operate across multiple environments, troubleshooting, documenting standards and collaborating with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

This is a hands-on IAM engineering role focused on delivering and supporting access management capabilities across enterprise systems. The role offers strong ownership, working across SAML/OIDC integrations, troubleshooting and platform improvements. Working 4 days onsite in the Sydney CBD office, with Fridays a half-day working remotely from home.
