Job summary

RAC WA in Perth is seeking a dedicated Change Manager to guide people through change across RAC’s Insurance Division and the Digital Experience Program. This 12-month maximum-term role partners with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic change initiatives.

You will adapt approaches to different contexts, develop change management strategies, deliver communications and training, build stakeholder relationships and track outcomes against success measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting and implementing change across multiple initiatives.
Knowledge of change management principles and applicable tools.
Ability to adapt approaches to different contexts and environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and deliver change management strategies tailored to each initiative.
Support a varied portfolio of strategic and operational change activities.
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to understand impacts and readiness.
Deliver communications and training to support readiness and adoption.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and track progress against success measures.
