As a Change Manager,you’llsupport the delivery of our new core insurance platform, a large-scale transformation that will shape and simplify how we serve our members and customers across our insurance business. In this role,you’lllead change across initiatives spanning people, process, and technology.
Working as part of our Change Practice,you’llpartner with project,technologyand business teams across RACV to design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies to achieve successful adoption of the new platform and ways of working. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and readiness activities that drive meaningful adoption and long-term value.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being part of a large transformation program, delivering end to end change readiness outcomes that meet business needs. You will lead the assessment of change impacts and use these insights to design and deliver change, communication,engagementand learning programs that build capability and readiness across a large audience and multiple releases.
From planning through tohypercareand embedding new ways of working,you’llhelp ensure our people are prepared,supportedand set up for success throughout delivery and beyond.
5+ years’ demonstratable experience in leading end-to-end change management within large, complex organisations
Experience delivering change across complex, multi-stream programs including core platform transitions and integrations, digital uplift, datamigrationand operating model change across corporate and frontline environments (call centre, back office, finance, operations etc).
Experience driving change at a large scale across technology, people,processand operations.
A hands-on approach and experience delivering engagement, communications, and learning solutions that build capability, support adoption, and enable business readiness.
Strong analytical capability with experience in assessing change impacts, measuring readiness, and tracking success through change metrics.
The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g.,Prosci)
A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience working with 3 rd parties or vendors
Previousexperience as a Change Manager working in highly regulated environments (Insurance or Financial Services etc)
Exposure to Salesforce, Guidewire,Jiraor Confluence
Experience in emerging tech or AI (Co-Pilot)
