This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Change Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for guiding people through change. Working within RAC's Insurance Division, you will partner with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders to deliver a varied portfolio of project and operational change initiatives. The role will also provide change management support to the Digital Experience Program (DEP) and other enterprise initiatives as required. You will work across a broad range of projects and operational change activities, adapting your approach to suit different business needs, delivery environments and levels of change impact. This is a 12-month maximum-term position, based in our Wellington Street Office (West Perth), with the possibility of extension based on business needs, performance and portfolio requirements.
