Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a dedicated Change Manager to guide people through organisational change within the Insurance Division and DEP program. The role partners with project teams and leaders to deliver a portfolio of change initiatives and support enterprise programmes.

The position is a 12-month maximum-term based in our Wellington Street Office (West Perth) with flexible, hybrid working options and potential extension based on portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and implementing change across multiple initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of change management principles and tools.
• Ability to adapt approaches to different contexts and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and delivering change management strategies tailored to each initiative.
• Supporting a varied portfolio of strategic, project and operational change activities across RAC's Insurance Division and DEP program.
• Partnering with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders to understand change impacts and readiness.
• Leading change initiatives and providing practical advice on approaches, tools and techniques.
• Developing and delivering communications tailored to different audiences.
