Job summary

Glitch Productions is seeking a Business Systems Manager to streamline day-to-day operations within the Business Systems department. You will coordinate projects, lead change management, document processes, and ensure adherence to standard workflows across the company’s systems.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Business Systems to prioritize initiatives, track milestones, and drive adoption of new tools and practices, enabling smoother cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operations, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience rolling out new processes across departments.
• Strong judgement for prioritization and escalation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery schedules and day-to-day priorities across the Business Systems department.
• Coordinate and track initiatives and milestones to ensure on-track delivery.
• Own and coordinate change management for new systems, processes, and workflows.
• Prioritize initiatives based on needs, dependencies, urgency, and capacity.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for company standards and workflows.
• Run the department’s operating cadence: agendas, decisions, and action follow-ups.
• Report on initiative status and system health to the Head of Business Systems.
• Triage incoming requests and tickets, directing to the right owner and following through to resolution.
• Audit how teams use systems and coordinate fixes or retraining as needed.
• Enforce governance policies and elevate higher-risk issues.
