Maddocks in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the Corporate sector, supporting national BD initiatives and collaborating with the Head of Corporate and BDMs. The role focuses on driving campaigns, thought leadership, pursuits, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will contribute to strategic market initiatives, coordinate communications, and operate within a flexible, hybrid Sydney-based setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a corporate or professional services BD/marketing role.
• Experience coordinating marketing and communications activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BD initiatives across the Corporate portfolio and contribute to the strategic plan.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and thought leadership activities.
• Assist with pursuits, tenders, and capability statements with bid team support.
• Conduct client research and market analysis to inform BD efforts.
• Prepare content for the firm’s bid system and playbooks.
• Support client service reviews and broader BD projects.
