About the role

We have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing &Communications Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract. Therole is Reporting to the Head of Communications, and would beresponsible for the strategic management and continuous improvementof Maddocks’ digital communications channels, including thewebsite, social media platforms, email communications and intranet.The role combines content strategy, campaign delivery, digitalchannel management and data-driven insights to help grow the firm'sprofile, engage clients and prospective talent, and support keybusiness priorities.

The successful candidate will be an experienced digitalcommunications professional with strong storytelling, stakeholderengagement and project management skills. They will bring expertisein digital content, search optimisation, analytics and emergingtechnologies, including the responsible use of AI, while ensuringall communications align with firm governance, brand standards andaudience needs.

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will have thefollowing skills and experience:

• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, digitalcommunications or related roles
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects andstakeholders simultaneously
• Understanding of responsible AI use in communications andmarketing
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and digitalpublishing workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
