Job summary

Fibrus Networks Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Business Improvement department in Belfast, with hybrid working. The role focuses on investigating business functions, processes, data structures and information flows to drive project delivery.

Responsibilities include producing BA deliverables, facilitating stakeholder workshops and applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong MS Office skills and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering projects via Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Telecommunications experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of business processes, analyst frameworks and requirements methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously with a small development team.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects and programmes by investigating business functions, processes, data structures and information flows.
• Investigate operational issues and propose improvements for specified areas or systems.
• Specify data objects and information flows aligned with business needs.
• Produce BA deliverables such as BRDs, Specification Docs, Test Plans and Support Scripts.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document process flows.
• Provide analysis of root causes to identify options for consideration.
• Work in an agile SCRUM team and collaborate with the Business Improvement manager.
