Fibrus Limited is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and improve systems that support customers and operations. You will work across the full software lifecycle, delivering practical solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

The role requires strong programming skills in Typescript, Python or C#; cloud experience with Azure; and experience in Agile environments along with strong documentation capabilities. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years as a Software Engineer / Programmer or DevOps Engineer in telecom or infra.
• 3 years in TypeScript, Python or C#.
• Azure cloud experience with databases, functions, apps.
• Advantageous: Microsoft D365, databases, Docker, Linux.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for systems and software.
• Excellent communicator translating technical info for non-technical audiences.
• Experience documenting business processes and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with data modeling & class diagram tools; recording tools.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and operations.

Aufgaben

• Develop, build, and improve systems and processes.
• Produce technical documentation: BRDs, design docs, specs, test plans.
• Design, test, and implement tech solutions to improve functionality.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document flows.
• Research hardware/software needs and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure changes follow best practices with measurable improvements.
• Work within an Agile SCRUM environment as part of the team.
• Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish and implement best practices across the business.
