Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Operations Administrator for Deposit and Payment Operations to deliver efficient processing of client requests, onboarding, and AML/CTF compliance. You will handle domestic and international payments, back-office tasks, and maintain accurate data while meeting tight deadlines.

You will work with a collaborative team in a dynamic banking environment, contributing to a seamless client experience and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry are required.
• Experience in banking/financial services or contact centre environment is valuable.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by processing operational requests.
• Work to deadlines and liaise with the team to resolve discrepancies for regulatory compliance.
• Onboard new customers and review AML/CTF requirements.
• Prepare account updates and perform back-office banking tasks including fund movements and payment recalls.
• Facilitate domestic and international payments and manage payment tracing.
