Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager to join Banking Risk Advisory within Banking and Financial Services. You will provide operational risk advice and support critical initiatives across retail and business banking ecosystems.

In this role you will drive obligations management mapping, contribute to risk approvals and control enhancements, and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to monitor risk performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Risk Management within Retail/Business Banking.
• Strong grasp of operational risk management practices and frameworks, including principles of effective control design.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Keen attention to detail and a strategic, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with obligations management mapping within Retail/Business Banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational risk advice across Retail/Business Banking ecosystems.
• Support the delivery of critical projects.
• Drive the implementation of obligation management mapping across the business.
