Lismore City Council seeks a Manager Asset Management to shape long‑term infrastructure and asset planning. You will lead policy, data quality and lifecycle decisions, guiding investment priorities and service outcomes across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director Corporate Sustainability, you will manage a specialist team and partner with finance, infrastructure and executives to embed asset management into the council’s planning and renewal programs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Asset Management.
• Proven strategic asset management experience.
• Strong lifecycle planning, financial modelling and risk management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of asset management strategy, policy and plans.
• Oversee asset data quality, systems and reporting.
• Provide lifecycle, renewal and disposal advice aligned with LTFP.
• Lead continuous improvement, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
