Job summary

Vinarchy Group is hiring a Vendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support in Sydney on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. You will influence customer performance, optimise inventory investment, and coordinate with wholesale customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage stock availability, replenishment planning, and operational performance while supporting product changes, pricing updates and new launches. Hybrid work arrangements apply in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in replenishment, inventory planning or customer supply functions in a data‑driven environment.
• Experience with FMCG/beverage/wholesale distribution is preferred.
• Strong supply chain and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and replenishment outcomes across multiple wholesale partners.
• Review stock data, POs, allocations and risks to maintain service levels.
• Identify and resolve supply challenges including shortages and aged inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, price changes and lifecycle management.
• Provide reporting and actionable insights to support growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams.
