Job summary

Strike Force Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service mine site and commercial clients across the Hunter Valley. The role offers a predominantly Monday to Friday schedule with a fully maintained vehicle and a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

You'll perform preventative maintenance, service, diagnose faults, and install HVAC systems across mining and commercial environments. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are essential.

Remuneration and Roster

• Hourly rates from $45 (pending skills and experience)
• Tool of trade vehicle + phone supplied + specialised tools
• Monday to Friday roster, with occasional Saturday shifts
• Minimal overtime
• Higher rates available for dual-trade (electrical) candidates

About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for a mix of:

• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Service and repair work
• Diagnostic fault finding and troubleshooting
• Breakdown response and emergency repairs
• Installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Working across a range of commercial and mining environments

The majority of the role involves service and maintenance work, so strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential. You'll be someone who can think on your feet, work well under pressure and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
