Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) is seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Service Engineer for our Regents Park, NSW team. You will apply hands-on HVAC expertise to troubleshoot, install, commission, and support systems across Australia and New Zealand.

The role emphasizes fault-finding, training, and technical support, with responsibilities spanning service agents, site visits, and warranty processing.

Qualifications

• Tertiary HVAC qualifications and trade-level certification.
• Proven ability to fault-find and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for MHIAA air conditioning products across Australia and New Zealand.
• Assist service agents with spare parts selection, troubleshooting, commissioning advice and technical queries via phone/email.
• Participate in, oversee and supervise site visits and on-site commissioning for successful project delivery.
• Manage and process warranty claim orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver technical product training sessions to internal teams and external partners.
