Job summary
Sirius People in WA/NSW is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to support HVAC systems, troubleshoot, and advise customers across Western Australia and New South Wales. This role transitions hands-on technicians toward a more technical, service-focused career while leveraging VRF and inverter technology.
You will lead site visits, assist with commissioning, support partners via phone and email, and help with warranty processing.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is required.
- Refrigerant Handling Licence is mandatory.
- Restricted Electrical Licence is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on HVAC service, repairs and diagnostics experience.
- Proven fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of VRF and inverter technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Support service partners with troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical queries via phone and email.
- Assist with spare parts selection and provide technical advice.
- Participate in and supervise site visits and commissioning activities.
- Support successful project delivery and system performance.
- Manage and process warranty claims.
