Job summary

Building Partners Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a well-established Australian business with over 40 years' experience in the industry, including critical environments, hospital, data centre and commercial assets.

You will service, maintain and fault-find across HVAC systems, work independently, and benefit from a stable, long-term role with a fully maintained vehicle, fuel card and phone on offer.

Qualifications

• ARCtick licence and valid driver’s licence are required.
• Minimum 12 months post-trade experience in Australia.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and breakdowns across HVAC systems.
• Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical).
• Preventative maintenance in line with industry standards.
• Some mechanical fire compliance work (dampers, stair pressurisation).
• Responding to reactive and emergency call-outs.
• Completing reports and job updates via mobile systems.
• Supporting junior technicians where required.
