APAC FM Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a leading multidisciplinary HVAC business in Brisbane. This role offers strong commercial HVAC exposure, supportive field management and a culture that prioritises teamwork and engagement.

You will work with a seasoned team to deliver service, repairs and upgrades across various systems. Key requirements include a Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Refrigerant Handling Licence, Restricted

Formación

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is required.
• Refrigerant Handling Licence is required.
• Restricted Electrical Licence is required.
• QBCC licence is required.
• Current Australian driver's licence is required.
• Ability to pass medical and police checks.
• Strong fault-finding and service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across commercial HVAC systems.
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults.
• Quote repairs, replacements and system upgrades.
• Electrical fault finding and rectification.
• Participate in an on-call roster.
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
• Maintain high safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate with clients and provide practical technical solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across a variety of commercial HVAC systems

• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults

• Quote repairs, replacements and system upgrades

• Electrical fault finding and rectification

• Participate in an on-call roster

• Complete detailed service reports and documentation

• Maintain high safety and compliance standards

• Communicate with clients and provide practical technical solutions

Experience across refrigeration and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) would be highly regarded.

What you'll need

• A genuinely positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Relevant QBCC licence

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Ability to complete required medical and police checks

• Strong fault-finding and service experience
